Florida Fishing Report won an Emmy in 2004. Renamed Florida Insider Fishing Report in 2009 and nominated for an Emmy in 2014 it is now one of the most-watched fishing shows on TV.

Hosted by Capt. Rick Murphy, Brie Gabrielle and Dave Ferrell, each 90-minute show features a species of the week, rigs and techniques, product and conservation information.

Live fishing reports from the top-rated captains in nine regions around the state are the most popular part of the show.

Florida Insider Fishing Report airs Thursday, Friday and Saturday, April through September on Bally Sports Sun.

The Format

Call-ins from nine of the state’s top-rated captains are the highlight of each episode. Each captain’s report includes photos of recent catches, weather and water conditions, what the fish are eating, where they’re schooling––even how to entice the most stubborn to bite.
